Here are some suggestions to solve your problem:
- Do you have high-speed internet?
If you don't, that may be the problem. Our videos generally require high-speed internet.
- Are you able to watch videos on other websites,
such as YouTube?
If you can watch YouTube videos without a problem, you should be able to watch ours.
- Have you tried to refresh/reload the web page for
the video to completely load?
Look for a "refresh" or "reload" button on your browser's toolbar, or press the F5 key, several times.
- Have you tried to let the video download completely before
playing?
To do this, press the "pause" button on the video player (the two vertical bars in the lower left of the player). Wait while the video downloads - you'll see the progress bar next to the pause key fill with white. When it is filled, press the start button (the white triangle in the lower left of the player).
- Have you waited and tried later in the day?
Sometimes problems with network traffic or server load may block you from watching the videos. Often times, if you wait a while and try it again later, you'll be able to watch the entire video.
- Have you upgraded your Adobe Flash player recently?
Many of our website visitors have found that reinstalling and upgrading their Adobe Flash player fixed many of their video and audio problems. To reinstall the Flash player, just click here.

Which video are you having problems with?
Does the video play for a while then freeze? If so, how much plays (how many
seconds)? Or does it not play at all? Do you have high-speed Internet? What
operating system and browser you are using? Have you watched
videos on other sites? What times of day have you tried
watching the video?
