I have severe osteoarthritis of my lower spine. I suspect that this will be very helpful. I have a question though. I live alone and wonder if I could use my hand on my lower back instead of having a partner do it?

Well, in this exercise, we are wanting to make sure the head doesn't move first. That's a little hard to do by yourself, so a partner would be more helpful. But if you don't have a friend or family member that can visit and help you, just do the best you can by yourself.

Dear Al.
One more goal in my life I set for myself was to learn Tai Chi. It was my dream and you appeared. It men that I am ready. I started your basics lessons but I am afraid about my computer. I do not have high speed internet and I can not install it. I noticed many problems retrieving your programs. I live in the country in Canada and nobody provide in this area high speed internet so I am loosing many benefits from the program you establish. I am wiling to have your teaching on the CD's, but you explained that you do not provide. Me be in the future you decide to make the program on CD. I am very impressed about your teaching specially the way how you explain each movement, and it benefit. I regret that I can not sign up for your complete course due to computer problems. It is no computer but satellite broadband.

Thank you for letting me know. I'm sorry, but we don't currently have our program on CD. It's only online. Yes, I may consider other means of providing the course, but we have no firm plans right now.
