Hi,
I’m considering Chifusion.
Can you clarify what happens when Level 4 is complete?
I realise that Tai Chi & Qigong are never complete and the refinement continues with every movement. But what confuses after reading the above, is the actual finished routine?
Is there one?
Or just a collection of movements to achieve a desired result on any given day
In essence after completion is there a set routine?

Yes, Level 4 of our program culminates in a Tai Chi set. It brings together all the skills you learned in the previous level, but into one single practice. Level 4 also contains Centering Elements Qigong, our most in-depth Qigong routine that works with the Four Element energetic "super-vessels".

Thanks Al, for your recent advice to read the above practice recommendations, not really included in lessons between different levels; for me I mean between level 1 and 2. Regards.
