Marjorie - When you registered, the link was on the confirmation page I asked you to print out. In addition, you should have also received a confirmation email that has the link in it. If the email isn't in your inbox, please check your spam or bulk mail folder. Sometimes it wind up there. If you still don't have the link, just re-register for the webinar and another one will be sent to you. I hope you enjoy the webinar.

Recent studies, including one released this week, have shown that exercises like those in our advanced training can be valuable in reducing knee pain from arthritis. You can also read some of the "knee" success stories, including a story from a student who had osteoarthritis in both the knees, on our success stories page. (Look for the "Success Stories" tab in the upper right corner of this page.) In our advanced training, 11 out of the 31 lessons mention details designed to benefit the knees. These details not only prevent further injury, but may also help improve the function of the knees and help with pain management.

Hi Al, Thank you so much for your wonderful sessions. I had a Qigong phone session with someone a couple of months ago. It was very interesting and I could actually feel the energy. But what I was wondering, just as this person helped me, is it possible that they can also hurt someone with Qi Energy? Just a thought, because I saw that you could on a YTube video.
