Al, thank you very much for this online training! I have been learning yoga for about 6 years. I really want to start learning qigong, but I think ChiFUsion is even a better place to start from, and right in the comfort of my home! Namaste. -Osang

On the matter of maintaining center line(lessons 3 &4) in Ti Chi, I have experienced other applications of the vital importance of center line awareness. For example: the "Wing Chun" style of defense, balance and power, still taught and said by some to have been developed by a Chinese Nun of the Shaolin era. Your lesson reinforces my Tiger Crane training.
I'm convinced of the usefulness of your instruction, even for hitting a good inside out cross court forehand on the tennis court.

Thank you for comments, Walt. Yes, the centerline has many applications - physical, martial, emotional, and energetic.

I find this very interesting Al . Many years ago, at least 26 years. I was in a small boat coming from a tiny Scottish island. The sea was incredibly rough. And I thought about my centre. So I moved from one foot to the other keeping my centre. And I was OK not even a little sick while others were vomiting over the side. But if I stopped for a second or two I would begin to feel queasy. So back I went to keeping my centre.I think I realised how import being centred was.
I am taking your exercises very carefully as AS you know I am a very old lady.Bee
