Greetings -

ChiFusion Instructor Carole Taylor and I were both recently asked to contribute to a new book entitled 101 Great Ways to Improve Your Health.

This book, published in September, gathers tips, advice, and information from over a hundred of today's leading experts in the field of health. Our co-writers for the book include leading health experts Dr. Joseph Mercola, Gary Craig, Dr. Julian Whitaker, Dr. Stephen Sinatra, Dr. Susan Lark, Dr. Marcus Laux and others.

Each expert contributed a chapter on one of nine important health topics:

  1. Diet & Nutrition
  2. Fitness & Exercise
  3. Hidden Health Dangers
  4. Holistic Health
  5. Energy Healing and Other Unique Techniques
  6. Physical or Mental Disorders & Problems
  7. Stress and Mental Health

Carole contributed a chapter to the book from her Young After 50 Longevity Plan. The publishers were especially interested in her customized approach to nutrition and exercise, and considered several chapters on both before eventually choosing to publish her approach to "Exercise Typing".

I contributed a chapter on "Passive Qigong" (techniques that involve no body movement) that will appear in the "Energy Healing and Other Unique Techniques" section of the book.

Carole and I were both thrilled to be asked by the publishers to contribute information from Carole's Young After 50 Longevity Plan and from our ChiFusion Tai Chi and Qigong program to the book.
