Al, thank you very much for the enlightenment. I learned where I made my mistakes in my understanding and practice of martial arts. Your few sample tai chi and/or qigong exercises are enough to improve my karate and aikido. More power to you.

Hey Al, thanks again for all the great information! One question, you talk about chi development within our body, is it also possible to project our qi outside our body? Also, do all animals and plants possess qi? If yes, why can't we feel it?

Yes, in the ChiFusion Complete Course, we work with chi both inside and outside the body. Right from the start, in Level 1 of the course, we work on sensing chi as it emanates from the palms of your hands. Once you have that skill down, in the upper levels, we work on the exchange of chi from inside to outside the body, and back. This work focuses on the chi field that surrounds your body. If you'd like to read more about this field, just check this post in my blog: http://www.cloudwater.com/blog/2009/10/22/shields-up-improve-your-wei-chi-with-one-tai-chi-movement/ And yes, animals and plants do possess chi, and we CAN feel it. However, the first step is to be able to consistently sense the chi inside your body and that surrounds your body.

Thank you very much, Al. That post made for a great read. It answered many of my questions. The force field you mention in your blog, is it tangible? physically?

If by "tangible" you mean "can be felt", the answer is yes. The field does have some physically measurable components, such as infrasonic waves. We talk a little about that at the end of our Level 1 course.

I am very interested in signing up for your lessons. I have one concern. Will I be able to take them entirely at my own pace and also be able go back over earlier lessons at will?

Good question, Annie. We've been online since 1997, and the course has been available since 2003. And just a short while ago, I had someone who signed up for the course in 2003 log in and use it. So you can go back and review the course whenever you want. In addition, We do NOT send the Complete Course piece-by-piece by email, like you've been getting with the samples. Instead, you have full access to the entire course all at once over the web without daily emails. There's no daily emails, so you can work at your own rate from the start. And finally, we update the course about once or twice a year. So you automatically get the latest version, updates, and more whenever you log in. Unlike books or DVDs or even eBooks, your courses will never be out-of-date. I hope that helps.

Thank you very much, Al. That really answers my question. And, should I purchase the course and am having a problem, may I ask for a comment? Kind regards Anne
