Well, it sure is a heck of a lot better than the pacing most zoo animals do! Good for Claude for developing his skill and building brain pathways! Bravo and bless him!

I’m 82 years old and forever optimistic…Can this program help me restore my balance so that I won’t need the help of a banister when going up or down stairs?

I know I’m expecting a lot for an old lady, but I really need to know this!

In several studies, Tai Chi has been shown to help improve balance. We have students with similar problems taking our course. As a matter of fact, some of them come to us because of these problems.

But you know, each person is different. Without me knowing you personally, it’s hard for me to give you a more specific answer. One thing that might help: Have you tried the sample lessons I offer? I’d recommend looking at those lessons, and seeing if they are something you can do. That should give you a better idea of what our entire course is like.

What’s most important here though is that you work within your limitations. Pay special attention to the details in our program, and always work at about the 40% or less level. (We discussed the “70% rule” and the “40% or less rule” in the second sample lesson, and it’s also at the beginning of Level 1 of our advanced training.)

Hello Al,

Just to let you know that I’ve been on your Chifusion course since late last year. Enjoying it very much, and definitely helped improve my balance and flexibility. However, am only about half-way through, got some health problems (and sometimes laziness) that slow me down. Thank you so much for your course.

The Kung Fu Bear is quite inspiring. I can imagine if I did the same stick-twirling while standing, I would have lots of fun whilst improving my balance.

I’m wondering whether other bears could learn stick twirling from watching Claude – like a young bear that was compatible with Claude. I think bears can “see one, do one, teach one.”
