Good tips on knee protection. It’s amazing how a slight deviation from the proper alignment can cause discomfort or injury.

Yes, unfortunately my knees did take a beating for my first decade. That’s why I’m so insistent on proper knee structure.

Thanks Al that was very enlightening. I’m a beginer and did notice in the few classes that I’ve taken my knees and lower back would hurt. I also noticed that my instuctor seemed to have some knee pain after a few minutes of doing the form while in class.
